Hole 5 – Par 5 – 528 yards
The first par 5 hole on the course doglegs around to the left. The more aggressive competitors will attempt to make the green in two, hitting the tee shot to the corner of the dogleg. The 2006 Open Championship saw this hole produce 23 eagles and 205 birdies however with the new bunker built 310 yards on the right of the fairway, competitors can still run up a large number.
