Hole 10 - Par 5 - 617 yards

This is the second of the par 5 holes at Pinehurst and unlike the previous par 5, the tenth hole can potentially see players making eagle. Located on the right hand side is a pronounced mound and the hole turns to the left past the drive area. If conditions are right, a long shot on the tee can provide players with the opportunity to get to the green in two. Yet there are trees that shelter the left side and therefore a right to left second shot is often required. It is expected that players will lay up anywhere from 40 to 100 yards from the raised green. Similarly to hole 7, this is the hole where players have the chance to secure a birdie.
