G-Mac: Just a dream?
Golf Monthly's columnist has had a year to remember. Now Graeme McDowell is on the shortlist for BBC Sports Personality of the Year and you can watch his video here as he employs Messrs Poulter and McIlroy in the promotional video for the prestigious awards next Sunday
Graeme McDowell's fantastic year was recognised recently when he made the shortlist for the 2010 BBC Sports Personality of the Year.
G-Mac won the Wales Open two weeks before winning the US Open at Pebble Beach. Then, after starring in Europe's victory over the US in the Ryder Cup in which he bagged the critical point in his singles match against Hunter Mahan, he won the Andalucia Valderrama Masters.

To round off in style, last Sunday McDowell won the Chevron World Challenge by defeating Tiger Woods in a thrilling play-off, again showing his grit for the big occasion.
Now, G-Mac stars in his promotional video alongside Messrs Poulter and McIlroy. Who'd bet against either Lee Westwood or Graeme McDowell winning BBC SPOTY?
