Austria: 32,375 mainly mountainous squares miles with the Alps and their foothills covering the west and south, and the lowlands occupying the east part of the Danube basin.
A nation sharing a border with eight other countries in the heart of Europe, and renowned for its composers (Mozart, Haydn, Schubert, Strauss), snow sports and... golf. Or at least it will be, if the academy-complex we visit is anything to go by. Don't believe us?
